Other Flag Websites

Here are some other flag resources on the internet:
The Flag Institute
site gives details of all the services offered by the Institute, including
details of their EPS file collection of world flags that were the basis
of this site.
The FOTW site
is actually an archive of the discussions of the Flags
of the World mailing list on eGroups. The list is the main contact point on the
internet for anyone interested in flags (vexillology). The site itself contains
hundreds of GIF files of flags of modern nations, states, and quite a few
historical flags, along with synopsis of the discussions that have taken
place on the list. Details of how
to join the list are also given.
The site is hosted by Digibel
in Belgium and is run by Rob Raeside, along with a team of volunteer editors. The site has several mirrors
throughout the world. Many of the members of the FOTW
list maintain their own sites with more specialized collections.
