From 1923 to 1958 Egypt used this flag, the three stars within the crescent representing the peoples living in Egypt: the Muslims, Christians and Jews.




Naval Ensign [Ratio 2:3]
The naval ensign's model is still followed in today's naval ensign, which is the modern national flag with crossed anchors in the upper hoist.
