Personal Flag of HM The Queen [Ratio 1:1]
The Queen's personal flag is used in Commonwealth countries of which HM is not head of state. For those of which HM is head of state she uses a banner of the country's arms defaced with her personal cypher within a circlet of roses, all in gold on a blue disc.

Prince Charles' Scottish titles are Duke of Rothesay, Earl of Carrick, Great Steward and Lord of the Isles. His flag quarters the arms of the Great Steward and Lord of the Isles and places the arms of the Duke of Rothesay in the centre.
